My name is Lise. A wife and mom.
Personal experiences caring for my family helped me see how deeply stress affects the body over time. That understanding led me to follow in my grandfather's footsteps and explore reflexology.
Today I'm a registered reflexology therapist with additional training in stretching and restorative practices, offering care focused on steady, long-term support.

Reflexology is the foundation of my work.
Depending on the person, I may also incorporate gentle fascia work or stretching to support movement, circulation and overall recovery.

I'm interested in how nutrition, minerals and daily habits support the body's ability to repair and adapt.
While everyone's needs are different, I believe that understanding the basics can help people make more informed choices about their health.

Sessions are offered by arrangement and referral. Availability varies and is discussed one-on-one.
